Acceptance

By downloading or using Bare Plan ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

The App is provided for personal productivity use. You may use it to plan and track your daily tasks.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Pro Upgrade (In-App Purchase)

The App offers an optional one-time Pro upgrade that unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed by the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to their respective refund policies.

The Pro upgrade is a one-time, non-subscription purchase. There are no recurring charges.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer makes no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Data

All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. The developer has no access to your data. You are responsible for backing up your device if you wish to preserve your data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of data.

Changes

These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
